Whilst the wait goes on as to who will be named as Celtic’s next permanent manager, interim manager Neil Lennon has been keeping busy.
Lennon and his former Celtic assistant Gary Parker were spotted at Tuesday night’s West Brom-Aston Villa play-off clash.

Lennon’s appearance at the Hawthorns leads to a number of questions. He could have been down to support John McGinn, his former player at Hibs who has been starring for Villa.
Negotiating a deal
He could have been negotiating a deal with West Brom to sign Oliver Burke on a permanent basis.
Or, perhaps more significantly, he knows that West Brom don’t have a permanent manager following the sacking of Darren Moore.
Lennon could have been at the game to lest West Brom know that he is available should he not get the Celtic job on a permanent basis.
Adds to intrigue
Lennon’s appearance at the Hawthorns only adds to the intrigue of the manager’s situation at Celtic. Parker’s appearance is also worth noting, as he is not at Celtic Park with Lennon. Perhaps he will be in the future, only time will tell.
The sooner Celtic’s manager situation is resolved the better it will be for all at the club. Until then, the speculation will continue.
Lennon’s sighting at West Brom’s game will only add to the intrigue and speculation.
