Celtic boss Neil Lennon has revealed contrasting news on the injury front to the Celtic Twitter account. He disclosed that the duo of Filip Benkovic and Olivier Ntcham had trained on the pitch this week.
However, he then admitted that the duo of Tom Rogic and Ryan Christie are ‘still a little bit away’ from returning to action.

The news on Ntcham and Benkovic is promising. Perhaps the duo will make the bench for the clash against Rangers.
Likely to miss big game
However, it doesn’t look like either Rogic or Christie will be available for the Glasgow derby. That would be a real blow for the Hoops. Christie has been excellent for the Hoops since breaking into the side. He has scored 10 goals this season, more than any other Hoops midfielder.
Meanwhile, Rogic has been a thorn in Rangers side on numerous occasions in the past few seasons. Last season he scored four goals against the Hoops’ bitter rivals.
Unfortunately, it looks like neither player will be available for the match against Rangers on the 31st of March.
Hope to have pair available for semi-final
Lennon will hope to have the duo available for the next big game on the Hoops calendar, the Scottish Cup semi-final against Aberdeen on the 14th of April.
Should all four players be available come the end of the season, the Hoops could be well on their way to the domestic treble. But for now, they will have to go on without this important quartet.
