Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard will be available for the massive ties against Aberdeen and Rangers.

The Frenchman hobbled off against Motherwell with a thigh injury.

Fans’ hearts were in mouths with the two important games coming up at the end of the month.

With Edouard as Celtic’s only available striker, he is a necessity to the club.

With the Dons on-form and Rangers a massive game for top spot, Celtic need as many players fit as possible.

The Daily Record have reported that the game against Dundee will be too soon for the striker, but he has a good chance of being ready for the two crucial games.

Edouard was able to walk off the field unaided on Wednesday evening.

However, the impressive midfielder is not the answer to Celtic’s new striking woes.

Edouard’s return as the talisman will give the entire team that required lift to perform.

Dons and Gers will be rocked by Edouard return

The conversation after Rangers’ draw with Hibernian was that Steven Gerrard’s men would be facing a striker-less Celtic.

This will have been music to the ears of the Gers faithful who may have fancied their chances a bit more.

Now Edouard will be back, the big game player will want to make his mark in the derby.

The Frenchman already has three goals against his fierce rivals.

Aberdeen will still be reeling from the League Cup final and will be pushing for victory.

Every Celtic player will need to be fit and on-form against the Highlanders.

This is the most important two games of the league season and the title could depend on these results.
