Celtic have missed out on transfer target Bright Osayi-Samuel.
Osayi-Samuel has been linked with a move to Glasgow consistently over the last few months.

He’s caught the eye in the English Championship over the last 12 months. With his contract coming to an end at Loftus Road, he has had plenty of suitors for his signature.
It now appears Turkish giants Fenerbahce have won the race.
That’s according to Sky Sports News journalist Kaveh Solhekol, who reported the news on Twitter this evening.

Celtic struggling to tie down targets
Osayi-Samuel is not the only name to be heavily linked with a Celtic switch only to move elsewhere in recent months.
We are reported to have made multiple bids for Charlton winger Alfie Doughty, yet he appears to be on his way to Stoke City.
Sky Sports reported we had a serious interest in Mark McKenzie but he joined Genk.

Celtic are working in an immensely difficult market right now. However, we need to start delivering in these key positions.
