Joe Hart will undergo a Celtic medical tomorrow ahead of a £1m move from Tottenham Hotspur, The Daily Mail reports.

The paper say he is eager to play regular football again after being back-up at Spurs last term.

A three-year contract is set to be agreed.

If everything goes through smoothly, it means Hart could feature for the Bhoys in Thursday night’s clash away to Jablonec.

Celtic have until 11pm on Wednesday to add two new signings to squad for the qualification tie.

Hart is undoubtedly a better goalkeeper than current number Scott Bain, as Vasilis Barkas’ problems also continue.

He’s played at the highest level, winning a Premier League title and playing at major international tournaments.

He does have a few clangers of his own throughout his career, but the hope will be his vocal presence and experience can help forge a proper Celtic defensive line.

We’ve never needed a goalkeeper to come in and steady the ship so badly before, so this move needs to go well.

If he signs for Celtic, we’ll all be behind him.
