Celtic had a representative in attendance to watch Dundee youngster Luke Graham on Saturday, the Courier reports.
The report states that the young talent, who’s currently on loan at Lochee United, is being tracked by several clubs. Rangers and Arsenal are also understood to have taken in Lochee’s clash against Letham.
Graham is only 18 years of age and the Courier reports that he’s heading down south for a trial with Sheffield United. However, evidently, there’s some interest from the Hoops there too.

The Dundee talent has yet to make a senior appearance for the first-team at Dens Park. And now, the Dee clearly face a fight to hang on to one of their top young talents.
The Courier says that Graham’s stature and ability on the ball has attracted the scouts from down south.
Graham operates as a centre-back, and signed his first professional contract for Dundee back in the summer.
Luke Graham turning heads as Celtic take a look
Graham certainly appears to be impressing coaches at Dens Park too. Dundee under-18 manager Scott Robertson has stated that the player has made real progress over the last year and that the’s “matured a lot” [Dundee Courier].
However, for now, it looks as though he’s set for a spell with the Blades as the Championship side get set to take a proper look at him.
Celtic have been on the hunt for talented youngsters this season and have shown a pathway is there for first-team integration if they’re good enough. The likes of Joey Dawson, Owen Moffat, Ben Doak, and Dane Murray are all examples of youngsters who have been given first-team opportunities this year.

It remains to be seen how solid the interest in Graham is or if Celtic were even impressed with what they saw on Saturday. Clearly, however, this would be a signing eyed up for the B team instead of a player moving straight into the first-team.
We’ll keep our eye on this one as it develops.
