Celtic FC Women will continue their SWPL title bid this Sunday with another match broadcast live on BBC Alba.

Following Wednesday night’s heroics at Celtic Park against Rangers, Fran Alonso’s team host Hibernian at K-Park.

The match is scheduled for 16:10 on Sunday and is the second fixture in a row to be broadcast free-to-air.

67 Hail Hail had the privilege of speaking to derby goalscorer Mariah Lee earlier today, which you can watch on the club’s official YouTube channel.

Lee spoke about the buzz of netting a winner at Celtic Park and that there’s still belief amongst the squad they can make a push for the title.

A new dawn beckons for Celtic in Europe, as Joe Hart shows his class once again

Despite the 1-0 win over our rivals, Alonso’s side still have their work cut out to win the league.

Glasgow City and Rangers remain ahead in the table. Just two points separate green and blue, with Glasgow City five points clear of the Ghirls.

More realistic is earning Champions League football.

The top two teams from the SWPL enter the first round of next season’s competition and clearly that’s an achievable target given the way things are sitting right now.

This weekend’s opponents Hibs have been perennial runners-up in the division over the last half-decade but have fallen away badly this season.

Another win for Celtic would carry forward significant momentum ahead of a busy May schedule.

In other news, the Celtic share price continues to rise.
