Celtic supporters have reacted with unanimous positivity after B Team star Ben Wylie signed a new deal with the club.
Wylie committed his future to Celtic until 2024 earlier today, giving him ample time to make a continued impact for the Celtic B Team. With his undoubted potential, much is hoped for the Northern Irishman, who admitted he models his game on Manchester United and France star Paul Pogba [Celtic FC].
Wylie, of Ballymena, first trialled for Celtic 4 years ago, at the age of 15. Since then he’s worked with coaches like Darren O’Dea, Stephen McManus, Chris McCart and Tommy McIntyre. These days, he’s a firm favourite of the B Team boss.

He’s also made strides on the international scene. He netted against Scotland for Northern Ireland’s U21s earlier this season.
With so much talent in the Celtic Academy just now, it’s a genuinely exciting prospect to see a number of players attempt to make the grade. Wylie, Rocco Vata and several more should see first-team minutes before long.
Especially with a manager like Ange Postecoglou, who has lofty ambitions for the Academy set-up in years to come.
