Over the past few seasons, Celtic fans have had to watch a raft of youngsters leave the club in search for pastures new.
Talents like Ben Doak, Leo Hjelde and Vincent Angellini have all decided to leave in order to develop their talents at clubs like Liverpool and Leeds.
And whilst these moves can be frustrating for the fans who love seeing youth progress through the ranks, no one can really grudge players looking to learn from the likes of Mo Salah and Co.

But today, Celtic have managed to tie down exciting young Ireland U18 international Ben Quinn to a contract until 2025.
The winger has been in excellent form for the B team this season scoring twelve goals and creating seven assists in thirty-eight appearances which included a double against Rangers at Ibrox back in February of this year [Transfermarkt].
Speaking to the club website, Quinn said, “I’m absolutely buzzing to have signed a new deal.
“It’s been a great achievement for me and my family. So I’m just delighted to get it done.
“It’s been an enjoyable season. I was maybe struggling a bit at the start of the campaign, but I’ve grown into it and I’m just looking to push on from here.
“Both Stephen and Darren have been fantastic. They push you to your limits every day, and get the best out of you. So it’s been great to work under them.
“I’m really happy to continue my journey with the club. I feel like I’ve really settled in now, and I’m ready to push on.”
We love nothing more than seeing our homegrown talent stay at the club and try to make the breakthrough to the first team, so it’s nice to see the youngster make progress.
