Maik Nawrocki hasn’t had it easy since joining Celtic.

Signed from Legia Warsaw in 2023, the former Poland U21 international has found game time limited at Celtic Park and is one of the many players who could leave the Hoops.

Nawrocki has always impressed when called upon though, rarely at fault in the heart of defence.

What age is Maik Nawrocki?

Nawrocki was born in Bremen, Germany on February 7, 2001. He began his career in the youth team with Werder Bremen before returning to his native Poland, initially on loan with Warta Poznan.

After impressing with Warta, Nawrocki joined the country’s biggest club, Legia Warsaw. He spent two seasons with Legia before joining Celtic in the 2023 summer transfer window.

As of May 2025, Nawrocki is 24 years old.

Nawrocki is one of the many Celtic players expected to move on in the summer and was the subject of transfer interest in the January 2025 window.

Reports claimed that Championship side Oxford United were interested in loaning the 24-year-old but a deal didn’t come to fruition and he ended up remaining in Glasgow.

As of May 2025, there have been no other rumours linking him with a move away.
