A recent Twitter debate has sparked the debate over who was the best Celtic keeper from recent times.
All three have had their many highs and some lows during their spell with the Scottish champions.
But, just who performed to the top of their game at the club?
Artur Boruc the obvious choice for best Celtic goalkeeper?
Many fans will rightly point to the Polish international as the man to come out on top.
During the period between 2007 and 2008 some would have been right to put him in the top five in Europe.
The Holy Goalie as he was affectionately known helped the Hoops qualify for the Champions League last 16.
Plus, he was an integral part in Gordon Strachan’s three-in-a-row which included that time period.
However, to his own admission, he got lackadaisical towards the end of his Hoops tenure and needed a new challenge.
Big Artur became overweight and had done everything the Celts could provide to him before joining Fiorentina.
However, others will say that current keeper Fraser Forster was the top stopper.
Fraser Forster putting in the performances between the sticks
The record breaking Englishman had a slow start at the Hoops during his loan spells from Newcastle United.
The Magpies didn’t really rate their third choice stopper before the Hoops nabbed him on a permanent.
Like Boruc, Forster was integral in the Celts getting to another last 16 of the premier European competition.
Who can also forget the famous ‘Gran Muralla’ performance in the shock win against Barcelona in 2012.
He also continued to perform in other European matches with defences which included Efe Ambrose in front of him.
He even managed to get an England call and made an appearance during his Southampton spell.
Forster is now back at the club on another loan and is continuing to show fans what they have been missing.
Craig Gordon a distant third or a rightful first?
He may not have experienced the last 16 of the Champions League, but he has been the saviour in the club getting past the group stages in European competition.
Gordon almost single handedly got Ronny Deila’s side into the last 32 against Inter Milan.
Unfortunately, the home game was perhaps his worst time in a Celtic jersey.
Don’t forget that the ex-Scotland international hadn’t played first team football for two years before joining The Bhoys as Deila’s first signing.
Gordon played at a consistent rate for several years since signing for the Scottish champions.
It’s only been his age that is going against him as he reaches his twilight years as a goalkeeper.
The younger and hungrier Scott Bain displaced him, before getting injured himself with Forster coming in.
But, who do the fans think is the best keeper between the three?
Hoops fans react to the question of the best Celtic goalkeeper
Some Celtic fans have taken to Twitter to say who they rated the highest between the trio.
Boruc best Celtic keeper I’ve seen

Forster…his clean sheet record is phenomenal…Boruc close second.

Gordon time at Celtic doesnt even enter the conversation for me. Boruc was the first class act goalie we had in a long long time but The wall takes the accolade of being the best of modern times for me.

When boruc was poor he was bloody awful though. Forster the most consistent for me.

Boruc & Forster were / are big game performers.
Gordon less so, particularly in Europe.
But the three of them were light years ahead of any keeper I’ve seen in my match going time from late 70s onward.

The amount of love this guy still gets is laughable, people only remember the good points. When Boruc felt like it, he was world class, unfortunately towards the end of his time here he didn’t feel like it very often.
