John Kennedy has named his Celtic team for today’s derby clash against Rangers at Ibrox.
The full match squad is as follows:
Starting XI – Bain, Kenny, Ajer, Welsh, Laxalt, Brown, McGregor, Turnbull, Christie, Elyounoussi, Edouard.
Substitutes – Barkas, Taylor, Bitton, Griffiths, Ajeti, Soro, Rogic, Montgomery, Ralston.
Today is massive. It’s huge. Celtic’s last chance for any 2020/21 redemption after a dreadful campaign.
The headline news is that James Forrest has failed a late fitness test. He misses out on both the starting eleven and the bench. Brutal.
Elsewhere Diego Laxalt comes back into the line-up at Greg Taylor’s expense.
Ryan Christie also returns. It remains to be seen what formation that John Kennedy will deploy. However, it could well be a return to the central diamond.
Broadcast details
Today’s game is not the club’s ‘Pass To Paradise’ streaming service for season ticket holders as Celtic do not hold the rights in Scotland.
Celtic TV will be broadcasting live coverage, for subscribers to the separate service, outside of the UK & Ireland.
The match will be broadcast on subscription channel Premier Sports.
For those who cannot tune in there, BBC Radio Scotland is providing live audio commentary over the airwaves and online.
Supporters in the USA can watch on ESPN+.
