Celtic travel the short distance to Paisley on Sunday to face St Mirren in the Scottish Premiership.
Stephen Robinson’s side have had a busy start to the season, taking part in two European qualifying ties on top of their domestic duties. After three consecutive defeats to Aberdeen, Brann and Dundee United, they face the Scottish champions.
Brendan Rodgers and his team won’t be taking anything for granted. St Mirren were a top-six side last term and will be hoping to hit that mark again, they’ve proven to be a difficult-to-beat team in recent years – especially on their own turf.
Celtic will be without Matt O’Riley after the club agreed a fee with Brighton & Hove Albion on Friday night. The midfielder has flown to England this morning to go through his medical before being officially announced.
Kyogo will make Celtic return from shoulder injury
Thankfully, Rodgers has declared the rest of his squad fit for the match, including a returning Kyogo Furuhashi.
His shoulder popped out against Hibernian at Easter Road, subsequently making him unavailable for the League Cup match against the same opponents last weekend.

The Japanese star has been the subject of transfer rumours himself this week but is available on Sunday.
Rodgers said in a media conference: “There’s been nothing from Man City. It is rumour and gossip. Most importantly for me, he is now back feeling comfortable and on the grass and he’s been brilliant in training during the last couple of days and he’ll be available for the weekend.”
Celtic selection decisions for Brendan Rodgers
That leaves the manager with a big call to make in attack. With Adam Idah getting a full week of training under his belt then he’ll be raring to go as well.
Paulo Bernardo is likely to come into the starting eleven as well in O’Riley’s absence, giving fans the first look at the time without the Danish international.
Elsewhere it should be business as usual, with the possibility of James Forrest dropping out to accommodate Daizen Maeda on the left flank.
