Manager Ange Postecoglou has named his Celtic team to face Hearts at Tynecastle tonight in the Scottish Premiership, as per the club’s official website.

The full match squad is as follows:

Starting XI – Hart, Juranovic, Carter-Vickers, Starfelt, Taylor, O’Riley, Bitton, Forrest, Hatate, Jota, Giakoumakis

Substitutes – Bain, Jullien, Scales, Abada, Soro, McCarthy, Welsh, Doak

Ange is having to deal with several big injury concerns tonight. The Hoops boss is without the likes of Callum McGregor, David Turnbull, and Yosuke Ideguchi from his midfield options alone.

The big talking point will of course be the debut of Matt O’Riley, who comes into the starting XI after only signing for the club last week.

Celtic have also gone with an extremely exciting-looking frontline. James Forrest has come in for Liel Abada whilst Jota makes his first start since his injury return. Giorgos Giakoumakis, meanwhile, will be looking to add to his momentum picked up from his goal at Alloa.

There’s of course no Tom Rogic or Daizen Maeda tonight with both men away on international duty. It’ll also be interesting to see how Reo Hatate does in the number 10 role at such a tricky away ground. It’s certainly as strong an XI as Ange could’ve picked tonight.

Broadcast details

Tonight’s game is live on both Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football. Kick-off is at 7:45pm [Celtic Park Time], with the broadcast getting underway at 7:00pm. It’s the only legal way to watch tonight’s match in the UK and Ireland.

Celtic TV will also be broadcasting the match live for subscribers outside of the UK and Ireland. Subscribers inside will have to settle for live audio commentary.

Alternatively, BBC Scotland will provide both text and audio commentary from Tynecastle this evening via their official website.

Viewers in Australia can watch the match on Kayu Sports or beIN Sports Connect, whilst those in the USA have access to the game via the CBS Sports Network.

Fan reaction to Celtic team vs Hearts

No surprises to see the Celtic supporters ready for battle tonight, with plenty of fighting talk surrounding this one.

As you would expect, there’s plenty of excitement over the debut of O’Riley. Given the heated nature of this fixture and the chance of revenge for what happened on opening day, it’s going to be a massive occasion for the new signing from MK Dons.

Fingers crossed Celtic can put in the kind of performance that’s been enough to see off Hearts twice already this season. Robbie Neilson often finds something to moan about after these matches, but hopefully he’ll be left in no doubt who the better team is come full-time.

These fans have taken to social media to give their thoughts on it all as excitement builds in the lead-up to kickoff:
