As you can see, Postecoglou has made big changes to the team that faced RB Leipzig on Tuesday night.

In come Anthony Ralston, Alexandro Bernabei, Aaron Mooy, James Forrest and Giorgos Giakoumakis, all of whom could do with the extra game time.

It means the bench is particularly strong too, with Kyogo Furuhashi and Daizen Maeda ready to feature in the second half should they be needed.

The only official live video coverage of today’s match is on Celtic TV, to subscribers outside of the UK & Ireland.

The verdict on Celtic team vs Hibernian

I actually didn’t expect as many changes in the team today as we’ve seen.

The extra day from Tuesday to Saturday, with no travel, made me think the manager might go with a stronger side this afternoon and rotate the side in the Scottish League Cup match on Wednesday against Motherwell.

Ultimately it should be a strong enough eleven to get the job done. Those who have been clamouring for a Giakoumakis start will be delighted, while it’s good to see Bernabei becoming more involved as he settles into life in Glasgow.

Everyone will be excited to see what Haksabanovic can offer on the wing too.

It’s also a big day for James Forrest, who makes his first start since the 1-1 title-clinching draw against Dundee United last season. Will this be the start of a big resurgence for him?
