Instant verdict on Celtic team vs Hibs

The only slight surprise tonight is seeing Kyogo drop out of the team by Hyeongyu Oh was effective against St Johnstone at the weekend and deserves a chance to show what he can do.

The selections of Iwata and Johnston were wanted by many supporters. They simply have to take their massive chances. They could solidify their place in the team with good showings this evening.

Rodgers is making it clear fringe players can step forward to push themselves into match contention. Rewarding strong substitute performers is a good thing but they must back it up and punish Hibs tonight.

In other news, Brendan Rodgers delivers much-needed wake-up call to Celtic squad.
