Manager Ange Postecoglou has named his Celtic team vs Livingston for lunchtime’s Scottish Premiership kick-off.
The full match squad is as follows:
Starting XI – Hart, Ralston, Carter-Vickers, Jenz, Taylor, O’Riley, Mooy, Hatate, Forrest, Haksabanovic, Kyogo.
Substitutes – Siegrist, Giakoumakis, Abada, Turnbull, Jota, Bernabei, Abildgaard, Maeda, Juranovic.
Today’s a big test for the Bhoys at a stadium that hasn’t exactly been a happy hunting ground in recent years. One of the club’s rare domestic defeats came at this venue last season, although Postecoglou did guide the team to a subsequent victory back in March.
Fresh from a draw at Ibrox last weekend, Livingston will be keen to put a dent in our own league momentum and three points are a must to maintain a four-point lead over Rangers.
The big news from today’s match squad is that Jota has returned to the 20-man group and could feature off the bench in the second half. Elsewhere there are three changes from the team that faced Shakhtar with Aaron Mooy, Anthony Ralston and James Forrest all coming into the line-up.

Instant verdict on Celtic team vs Livingston
Many fans may have preferred to see Giorgos Giakoumakis in today’s line-up, but the manager has gone for the quick pace and sharpness of Kyogo Furuhashi instead.
Overall there’s a good balance to the team with Sead Haksabanovic and James Forrest offering different kinds of threats on the wing. Forrest was on the scoresheet the last time we visited West Lothian.
Anthony Ralston coming into the team always looks a good call – he’s a battler who knows how to grind out results if we need to this afternoon.
The bench is as strong as we will likely ever have, full of international stars, and hopefully we see Jota in action at some point.
