Manager Ange Postecoglou has named his Celtic team vs Livingston away from home in the Scottish Premiership today, per the official club website.

The full match squad is as follows:

Starting XI – Hart, Juranovic, Welsh, Carter-Vickers, Bolingoli, Turnbull, Rogic, McCarthy, Abada, Jota, Ajeti.

Substitutes – Bain, Scales, Bitton, Soro, Johnston, Montgomery, Ralston.

Today is a huge fixture that could tell us a lot about Postecoglou’s Celtic. The Bhoys haven’t won at the Tony Macaroni Arena since before Livingston returned to the top-flight. Neither Brendan Rodgers nor Neil Lennon could pick up a result in West Lothian.

So it’d be a smashing result if we could pick up all three points today. They are needed considering we’ve already lost twice in the league.

The manager has named a strong eleven for the encounter, though there are some surprises.

The headline news is that Boli Bolingoli returns to the starting line-up after a long absence. Stephen Welsh is also back, while new signings James McCarthy and Liel Abada start.

Broadcast details

Today’s match is not on the Pass To Paradise service for season ticket holders as it takes place away from home.

However, it is being broadcast on Celtic TV to viewers outside of the UK & Ireland.

Given Sky Sports chose the Dundee derby today, the only legal way to watch the match on these shores is via Livingston’s pay-per-view service, which will cost you a steep £20 from their official website.

BBC Radio Scotland are also providing live commentary over the airwaves and online.

Fan reaction to Celtic team vs Livingston

As you can imagine, Bolingoli’s return has taken many supporters by surprise. He’s not started a match since a 3-0 win over Clyde in February 2020.

At one stage it looked like he’d never feature for the Bhoys again.

However, here we are. As with any player, he’ll be backed today. Fingers crossed he can perform well.
