That was eventful, but after a disappointing week, Brendan Rodgers and Celtic ended it with a very good win at St Johnstone on Sunday.

But the second-half performance was far better, with the substitutes making a big impact, including Hyeongyu Oh.

For all money, it looked like the ball was going out of play, only for Hyeongyu Oh to do very well and backheel the ball back into the danger area.
That ball eventually fell to Callum McGregor, who hit the ball as clean as you would like, and the Celtic comeback started.

“A bit of venom from that strike from Callum McGregor,” said Sutton. “That is a pure of a strike from McGregor as you will see. Clever from Oh to keep it alive. That ball stayed hit by McGregor.
“He has been effective since he has come on, Oh.”

Heading into the last 20 minutes, it wasn’t looking great for the Bhoys, who for most parts, weren’t just at it in Perth.
But the speed of Celtic’s game during the second period, the link-up play and the impact from the subs took it up a few levels.
St Johnstone couldn’t just cope and the team were a far stronger threat going forward, with Matt O’Riley’s thunderous effort perhaps being the pick of the bunch.
