Neil Lennon has named his Celtic team for today’s match at home to Hibernian, per the official club website.

The full match squad is as follows:

Starting XI – Barkas, Bitton, Duffy, Ajer, Taylor, Frimpong, Brown, McGregor, Christie, Elyounoussi, Edouard.

Substitutes – Bain, Griffiths, Klimala, Soro, Turnbull, Rogic, Ntcham, Edouard, Elhamed.

After Rangers’ comfortable win away to Motherwell earlier this afternoon there is no room for a Celtic slip-up against the Edinburgh side.

The manager has made three changes from the eleven that faced Riga midweek; Albian Ajeti, Mohamed Elyounoussi and Jeremie Frimpong replace Odsonne Edouard, Olivier Ntcham and the injured James Forrest.

The decision to bench Edouard will raise eyebrows, just as it did last week against Livingston.

However, Lennon clearly feels his performance levels aren’t quite there and is looking to capitalise on the poaching talents of Ajeti, with Thursday’s goalscorer Elyounoussi in support.

Elsewhere Leigh Griffiths returns to the match squad, named on the bench alongside plenty more international talents.

Broadcast details

If you’re a Celtic season ticket holder today’s match is live on the club’s ‘Pass to Paradise’ service.

Supporters who reside outside of the UK and Ireland can also watch the match on Celtic TV as subscribers as usual.

If neither of those options is suitable, audio of the match will also be broadcast live on BBC Radio Scotland over the air and via their website.

Fan reaction

Reaction to the team has been mixed, as you’d expect.

Some are unhappy that Edouard is not in the team, but others are intrigued and excited about what Elyounoussi and Ajeti can offer as a partnership.

It’s undeniable that the Frenchman wasn’t at his best against Riga.

The selections of Jeremie Frimpong and Nir Bitton are also going down well.

Lennon may have changed things up again, but there’s no doubt the team on the park this afternoon should beat Hibs.

Fingers crossed for the three points.
