Neil Lennon has announced his Celtic team for today’s game away to Ross County in the Scottish Premiership, per the official club website.
The full match squad is as follows:
Starting XI – Barkas, Jullien, Duffy, Ajer, Forrest, Frimpong, McGregor, Brown, Ntcham, Ajeti, Edouard.
Substitutes – Bain, Taylor, Klimala, Soro, Turnbull, Christie, Elyounoussi, Elhamed, Welsh.
The big news is that new signing Shane Duffy will make his debut, while striker Albian Ajeti starts for the first time.
Those two coming into the team looks to have allowed Lennon to switch to a new formation, perhaps the much-hyped 3-5-2 which fans have been clamouring for.
Regardless of how the eleven shapes up, there is plenty of attacking talent on the pitch.
Odsonne Edouard also returns from injury to start his first match since the narrow win over Dundee United.
With Olivier Ntcham and Jeremie Frimpong getting the nod too, it’s an exciting eleven that should have more than enough to see off the Staggies.
