Celtic recently announced their starting line-up for the Champions League second round first leg match against Nomme Kalju.
The team was revealed on the club’s Twitter account.
The big news is that Leigh Griffiths has returned to the Hoops starting line-up. He plays up-front with Odsonne Edouard in a strike partnership.
Fans delighted with partnership

Celtic fans on social media were delighted to see Griffiths return, and play in a partnership with Edouard. One fan described the starting line-up as ‘epic’.

The Hoops go into the game as big favourites to defeat the Estonian Champions. Despite that, Neil Lennon has picked a very strong team. That is to be expected, as it is a big game for the Hoops.
Manager hoping for emphatic win?

A three or four goal victory would a great result for the Hoops to take into the second leg on Tuesday. That could be why Lennon has decided to play two strikers. He is obviously hoping to get the tie wrapped up in the first leg.
It will be interesting to see how well Griffiths and Edouard fare as a partnership. They have rarely played together, but Lennon must be confident that they can do a job together.
However, as long as no away goals are conceded the Hoops boss will be delighted.
