Celtic host Hibernian in the Scottish Premiership tomorrow and for Neil Lennon’s team it could be a very tough encounter.
Jack Ross’ side have started the season well, winning five of their opening eight fixtures.
They also pushed Rangers close at Easter Road last week in an entertaining, combative match that ultimately ended in a draw.
Travelling from Edinburgh with high confidence, it’s likely they will pose our stiffest domestic test of the campaign so far.
Celtic are still unbeaten in the league but there have been question marks about our performances and the effectiveness of Lennon’s team selections and tactics.
Thursday night’s match in Riga was no different in that regard, with a last minute-winner proving to be a ‘Get Out Of Jail Free Card’ for our Europa League ambitions.
Some fans are now looking for changes to be made to the starting eleven and the name on many lips is David Turnbull.
The former Motherwell midfielder has made two substitute appearances since signing last month but has yet to make his first start.
With Olivier Nthcam looking lacklustre mid-week and Scott Brown becoming increasingly redundant in the middle of the park, surely there’s an opportunity for a young, hungry player in Lennon’s side?
The 21-year-old was in impressive form for Motherwell in the early stages of the season and has already competed against Hibs’ midfield and defence, ranking as the second-best player on the pitch in a 0-0 draw, according to WhoScored.
He had more touches and more key passes than anyone in both teams. That’s the kind of busy, creative display we need to see tomorrow.
Fresh ideas and fresh personnel could provide the spark we need to kick into a new gear this season.
It’s something Lennon must consider. All eyes will be on his Sunday teamsheet.
These fans have taken to social media over the last couple of days to share their thoughts on the issue…

I’d go with this on Sunday. Think Bitton should keep his place. Start Turnbull and put Christie out on the left.
Thought on this?

Thankfully we won last night and we move on in Europe but we cannot play like that on Sunday. Injuries will force changes and it’s time for Turnbull and others to be given a chance HH
