Celtic duo Kyogo Furuhashi and Joe Hart have reacted to today’s big win against Aberdeen on Instagram.
Furuhashi played a big role in what was a crucial three points after netting a crucial early opener. Hart, meanwhile, managed to make some important stops as the game went on to ensure we left Pittodrie with three points.
And both men were clearly left buzzing at full-time as they talked up how big a win it was on social media. Here’s a look at their posts below:
The 2-1 success marked Celtic’s first away-day victory in the league this season. Defeats to Hearts, Rangers, and Livingston respectively had the pressure ramped up ahead of today.
Had Celtic failed to come away from the Granite City with maximum points, it was going to be a painful international break for the club.
However, with a bit of momentum on their side, the Hoops can look forward with promise to the challenges ahead.
Kyogo Furuhashi and Joe Hart show their delight on Instagram
Both Furuhashi and Hart are proving to be two of Celtic’s most important signings of the summer.
Granted, today wasn’t some sort of glistening performance from Ange Postecoglou’s men. But we’re still talking about two of the most influential players for the football club this afternoon.
Had Furuhashi not netted the opener so early, goodness knows how this one would’ve panned out. Considering he also created a host of opportunities against Bayer Leverkusen too, he’s clearly having a positive effect on the team.

As for Hart, you can’t forget about his reactions to halt Scott Brown from putting Aberdeen 2-1 ahead. Nor can you ignore his important low stop to keep out Jonny Hayes in the second half.
Both men have every right to be delighted with themselves today. This was big for the players as individuals just as it was for the club as a whole.
Let’s see if we can kick on. Evidently, however, the players are delighted with how things have panned out this afternoon. Rightly so.
