It seemed highly likely that Mikael Lustig was going to miss the last Glasgow derby of the season when he came off injured against Aberdeen.
Towards the end of the game the right-back pulled up with what looked like a hamstring injury, and had to be substituted.
His season – and his Celtic career – could have been over.

But that might not be the case. The veteran Hoops defender was pictured in training by the Daily Record ahead of Sunday’s game against Rangers.
If Lustig is fit, it is likely that he will be selected by Neil Lennon.
Restored to the side
Lennon has restored Lustig back into the side since becoming interim manager. His faith in Lustig has been rewarded. He even scored the opening goal in the 3-0 win over Aberdeen which won the league title.
Lustig’s time at Celtic could be coming to an end. His contract expires at the end of the season. As yet, no new deal has been agreed.
There is no doubt that Lennon would like to keep the player at Celtic, should he become permanent manager.
However, only time will tell if either man will be at Celtic Park next season. Lustig, who once scored a memorable goal at Ibrox, will be hoping for a repeat performance in what could be his last Glasgow derby as a Celtic player.
