Celtic are facing yet another fine for damaged seats after Hibs apparently claimed 80 seats were damaged in the away end.
According to the Daily Express (print edition) via the Daily Record, Hibs are set to send a bill to Celtic for the damage.
The Record, however, believes that Celtic want full details from the incident before paying up.
In Scotland, an agreement is in place between clubs that away teams always pay for damage caused by their fans at home grounds.

This also follows a similar incident from Rugby Park several weeks ago. Seats were broken in Ayrshire after a last-minute Scott Brown winner sent the Hoops fans into sheer delight.
However, Celtic clearly aren’t just set to take Hibs’ word for it. It appears the Hoops want to know all of the details, and they’re quite right too.
Other incidents need to be dealt with too
Call me cynical, but Hibs have appeared to try and shift some of the spotlight over to Celtic fans in my opinion. This has helped cover up the outrageous throwing of a Buckfast bottle at Scott Sinclair.
If the Englishman would’ve been struck by the object, goodness knows what we would’ve been talking about.

Hibs then claimed after the match that bottles were launched by both sets of supporters. That’s despite the fact the alleged one from the Celtic supporters wasn’t caught by TV cameras. It’s not that we’re saying Hibs are wrong here, but it comes across as convenient.
If there is any damage to broken seats, Celtic will pay the fine. It’s hardly major money and the Hoops have plenty to spare.
What’s more pertinent, however, is that the bottle thrower from the Hibs end clearly gets caught. It’s not an incident that Celtic, Hibs, or indeed Scottish football can be allowed to be swept under the carpet.
Celtic next face Aberdeen at Parkhead in Neil Lennon’s first home match since re-taking the Celtic job.
