Brendan Rodgers knows that his side cannot afford any more slip ups, especially when Hearts are leading the way at the top of the Scottish Premiership table, and anything other than three points against Dundee will be disappointing.
As always, the Bhoys have been told who will referee the game this weekend.
Matthew MacDermid appointed as referee for Dundee vs Celtic
According to the SFA website, Matthew MacDermid will be the man with the whistle this weekend.

He will be joined by assistant referees Dougie Scott and Chris Rae, who will both run the line on Sunday afternoon.
On VAR duties is the duo of Gavin Duncan as the lead and then Sean Carr as the assistant.
MacDermid came under pressure in December 2024 after two high-profile errors in the game between St Mirren and Dundee United.
This season he has taken charge of four league games, and this will be the first involving Celtic.
Celtic’s record when Matthew MacDermid is the referee
Even though the 32-year-old hasn’t officiated a game involving Celtic this season, the Hoops can sleep well in the knowledge that they have a positive record when he is the man in the middle.
Celtic have never lost when MacDermid is the referee, winning seven out of eight meetings against sides.
