Celtic’s miserable start to the season continued with a 2-1 loss to Kilmarnock yesterday.

The Bhoys had led the game through Leigh Griffiths but two second half goals from Killie confirmed the points for the hosts.

Kilmarnock’s winner came courtesy of former Celtic defender Stuart Findlay in injury time, consigning Brendan Rodgers’ men to another disappointing result.

This result leaves Celtic in sixth place in the Scottish Premiership. Moreover, they are behind Rangers and trail leaders Hearts by six points.

One player that was singled out for a poor performance yesterday was Jack Hendry.

Hendry is not so popular among Celtic fans. And he did not cover himself in glory against Kilmarnock.

Filling in for injured duo Kristoffer Ajer and Filip Benkovic, Hendry was arguably caught out for both goals.

The first one is tougher to blame him for, but he was slightly out of position, allowing Chris Burke a clear shot at goal.

But the second goal is a clear-cut mistake from the 23-year-old. Tasked with marking Findlay, Hendry loses concentration and allows the Killie defender to steal a march on him.

Findlay nodded in a winner and Hendry collapsed to the floor in frustration. Here are what Celtic fans are saying about his display.
