Neil Lennon has announced his Celtic team for today’s trip to face Livingston in the Scottish Premiership, as per CelticFC.net.

The full match squad is as follows:

Starting XI – Forster, Bauer, Jullien, Ajer, Bolingoli; Brown, McGregor, Forrest, Elyounoussi, Christie, Edouard.

Substitutes – Gordon, Elhamed, Hayes, Bitton, Ntcham, Sinclair, Bayo.

Today is an important match after drawing against Hibs last weekend. Against Livi on a dodgy artificial surface, picking up three points isn’t going to be easy.

No surprise then that the manager has gone with what looks like his strongest available team.

None of our big hitters have been rested for the occasion.

With Odsonne Edouard in attack, supported by Mohamed Elyounoussi, Ryan Christie and James Forrest, the Hoops should have too much for Livingston to cope with.

In midfield and defence it’s business as usual too, with stalwarts like Scott Brown and Callum McGregor preferred despite strong options such as Olivier Ntcham ready to come in.

The only change from Lennon’s starting eleven to face Cluj is Moritz Bauer, who replaces Hatem Abd Elhamed.

With a strong bench to pull from too, there can be no excuses.

Some fans were looking for a bit more rotation in the lineup.

Others though are happy with the strength of the eleven, noting that the international break should give some the chance to rest up.
