Some Celtic supporters have been loving defender Christopher Jullien’s comments in the wake of Sunday’s win over Rangers.

The centre-back produced a man of the match calibre display to help the Hoops keep a clean sheet at Ibrox.

Winning 2-0, Neil Lennon’s side have now moved three points clear at the Scottish Premiership.

Jullien has had a lot to say about the match, not only claiming that opponent Alfredo Morelos stamped on his foot but also revealing what he told the Colombian in the aftermath of the incident.

As quoted by The Daily Record, he explained: “I said to him after he stamped on my foot, You can come more and more (at me) for more than one time. The more you come at me, the more the zero stays on that scoreboard.

“I told him that this is my strength and this is where I come from. A guy like him is not going to put me down. No one is going to put me down.”
