Greg Taylor was given a start by Neil Lennon in Celtic’s midweek trip to St Johnstone. The left-back responded in style by turning in probably his best performance for the Hoops so far.
He was a constant threat on the left-side, and put in a series of excellent cross. It was no surprise to see one of his pinpoint crosses finished in style by Leigh Griffiths, who volleyed home to put the Hoops 3-0 up.
The game ended 3-0 to the Hoops, who were comfortable winners.

Taylor thrived in the 3-5-2 formation picked by Neil Lennon, and plenty of Celtic fans on social media were impressed with Taylor’s performance.

Neil Lennon might decide to make some changes to his starting line-up for the game, as the Hoops have such a busy schedule coming up.
However, Taylor now deserves a run of games in the team. He has shown in some of his recent performances for the Hoops how good a player he can be.
He has saved his best performance for against Kilmarnock though. If you are picking Celtic’s best side at the moment, then Taylor has to be in it.
