Celtic romped to a 3-1 win over Hearts at Celtic Park on Sunday afternoon, making it three wins from three in the Scottish Premiership this season.

Goals from Vakoun Bayo and Callum McGregor sealed the victory in a vibrant display from the Hoops.

Craig Levein’s side rarely threatened throughout and were only able to score through a penalty.

It was a huge opportunity for Bayo, who was starting a Celtic match for the first time.

With fitness problems halting his progress since January, fans were eager to see what he had to offer. He didn’t disappoint.

His work ethic was exceptional and he was only eventually substituted because of fatigue. The player gave everything to help secure the result.

Forcing a goal in the first half, he also netted after the interval. He has ensured everyone knows he’s up for competing with Odsonne Edouard and Leigh Griffiths.

Where he goes from here remains to be seen. Edouard is an exceptional talent after all.

However, the Ivorian deserves more chances when they come around going by this display.

Will Lennon start to include him on the teamsheet more often?

Supporters were delighted with his performance. This lot took to Twitter to share their thoughts…
