There weren’t many positives to take from today’s game against Aberdeen.

We’ve fallen further behind Rangers at the top of the Scottish Premiership and the pressure continues to mount on manager Neil Lennon.

The 3-3 draw had threatened to be the kind of confidence-boosting comeback win we are crying out for but it wasn’t to be.

Still, it’s important to take the positives where we can get them and for some Celtic fans, that positive is Tom Rogic.

The attacking midfielder was unleashed in the starting eleven for the first time since March.

He’s the focal point we’ve been crying out for around the 18-yard box, able to create chances and unlock even the most organised of defences.

So it was today, providing two assists for Callum McGregor and Leigh Griffiths to fire home.

His pass to McGregor was particularly sublime and the kind of thing missing from Lennon’s team of late.

Hopefully, he’s managed to get over his fitness and injury issues and can now get a sustained run in the team behind one or two strikers.

That’s a big ask when you consider his last two years at the club, but I believe he can be an integral part of any Celtic fightback from our current position.

These fans were delighted with his Sunday display, taking to Twitter to share their thoughts…
