To the surprise of some, Celtic signed another winger and added Nicolas Kuhn from Rapid Vienna to the club’s ranks this week.
The 24-year-old adds to the long list of wide players Brendan Rodgers can pick from and you would expect he pretty much starts straight away when ready.
But who does Nicolas Kuhn replace when everyone is fit for Celtic?
Well, Andy Walker thinks It’s Daizen Maeda, currently away on international duty with Japan, who would end up being benched, as he told Go Radio.
Whilst the 26-year-old competes at the Asian Cup games, it provides Celtic’s new boy with a chance to take advantage and streak ahead of his teammate.
Whilst Daizen Maeda can lack that cutting edge in the final third, at times.
One thing that can’t be argued is that he is a big game player, with Andy Walker naming his front three with Nicolas Kuhn available.
Nicolas Kuhn to start for Celtic?
“I think he is probably going to push Maeda out of the team,” said Walker. “Kuhn will start, alongside Kyogo and Palma.”

Who will leave?
This is the club being pro-active ahead of the January transfer window and certain messages being sent.
From Mikey Johnston to Hyunjun Yang. These aren’t exactly promising signs for these players because it suggests their time could be up.
Perhaps Yang is still given time because he is fairly new and young, but the same can’t be said for Johnston.
Time and time again, he has been handed a chance, yet from Luis Palma to Maeda, he watches player after player enter Parkhead and showcase to him how it should be done.
