Brendan Rodgers must choose Scott Brown to start in Saturday’s match against Kilmarnock.
The captain has been in and out the team since returning from injury.
However, the manager has had his critics for the changes to the team that drew at Motherwell.

Circumstances surrounding the top of the league clash mean the Celts need him more than ever.
Lets go to war
Trying not to beat about the bush, Saturday’s game is a biggie in terms of the league.
Kilmarnock are top, albeit with two games on Celtic, but a Killie win puts clear daylight between the two teams.
Furthermore, lodged in between the two teams are Rangers and both sides will be keeping an eye on their result.
The match will be a battle and nobody will rise to the occasion more than Brown.
Steve Clarke has Killie playing good football but this won’t be pretty on the eye.

Alan Power and Gary Dicker are strong midfielders in the engine room and must be matched. They will throw themselves about and Brown must lay a marker down.
Team must change to suit
In Celtic’s recent run it has been Callum McGregor as the midfield anchorman.
He has done a standout job, even in the big games, but Saturday needs a captain’s experience.
Clarke’s team are doing well for a reason and are only three points behind Celtic in the 2018 year table.

Brown has consistently risen to the occasion when asked and the Kilmarnock game is no different.
Fans should be asking who to partner with him, McGregor or Olivier Ntcham? Celtic’s positive play without Brown or Ntcham will only work for certain games.
However, fans know that Brown is still a stalwart in the war games. The Hoops have a better chance of victory with him in the team leading the charge.
Failure to play Brown could mean The Hoops lose the battle and maybe the war.
