Brendan Rodgers has been fortunate enough to have managed Celtic in some iconic stadiums.
From games at the Camp Nou to the San Siro, and of course Celtic Park, Rodgers has been on some brilliant journeys.
The Celtic manager is in the last year of his contract and talks over the 52-year-old’s future are still yet to be decided.
There are still plenty of new grounds to visit in the Europa League, but there is one that Rodgers has missed a lot.
Brendan Rodgers has missed playing at Partick Thistle
Out of all of the grounds the Hoops boss has missed most, Firhill is the one that Rodgers has missed visiting the most.
Celtic play Partick Thistle in the Premier Sports Cup quarter-final on Sunday, and the Northern Irishman has admitted that he is looking forward to the short trip across Glasgow.
“I’m really looking forward to it,” he said via The Scotsman. “I have actually missed Partick Thistle. I used to enjoy going there for games when I was here the first time.
“I don’t know whether it’s because I live close by to it or not, but it just felt a real, traditional football stadium, and with the history of Partick up here in Scotland. So I have missed it.”

It’s no surprise to hear that Rodgers is a fan of playing at Firhill, as well as Partick Thistle in general.
Sunday’s game will be the 10th time a Celtic side managed by the 52-year-old faces Partick Thistle and there will be hopes that they can continue this unbeaten run.
