A special Sky Sports interview with Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou will air tomorrow morning at 8 am on Sky Sports Football.
The 15-minute segment was recorded earlier in the season but this is the first time the extended version will have been made available to supporters.
A synopsis of the programme reads: “Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou sits down to talk about his journey to Glasgow, the impact his family have had on his life, and why football means so much to him.”
Most fans, by now, are well aware of Postecoglou’s story and how he ended up in Glasgow, from his humble immigrant beginnings to conquering Australian and Japanese football along the way.
Nonetheless, sitting down and watching the manager for ten minutes with a cup of coffee or a piece of toast sounds like a good way to spend a Sunday morning to me.
Postecoglou is a Celtic boss that makes you want to hear every interview. In some ways, it’s quite similar to the days of Tommy Burns and Martin O’Neill when supporters would rush back to their cars to hear what they said on the radio.
Ange has that kind of substance and aura about him. It’s actually been one of the more entertaining aspects of this season away from the football on the pitch and the general progress being made.
Hopefully, there are a few iconic quotes out of tomorrow’s broadcast!
