St Johnstone striker Callum Hendry has praised Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard in a Twitter question and answer session.
When asked who is the best player he has played against, Hendry didn’t hesitate in naming the Frenchman.
“So good”
“Odsonne Edouard. In person, you see just how big he is. You don’t think a player of his size could be so good with his feet, it’s great to watch” he said.
That compliment from a fellow professional shows just how good a player that Edouard has been for the Hoops in his time at the club.

He has gone from being a player who had to battle with Moussa Dembele for a first-team place, to the main man for the side in less than two years.
That is testament to how well Edouard has played for the side. Of course, this season has been his best in a green and white jersey.
Best season of his Hoops career so far
So far, he has scored 27 goals for Celtic, his best return yet. Hopefully he is able to add to that tally when the game returns.
The current football stoppage is particularly irritating when it comes to Edouard, as he has been so good for the Hoops that the prime of his career could be missing due to the lack of football.

Still, Celtic fans have some excellent memories of the player this season, and overall in his Hoops career. Will there be any more memories this season? Only time will tell, but Edouard’s performances won’t be forgotten about any time soon.
