Celtic may not be top of the Scottish Premiership any more after some poor results. However, that won’t stop Hoops mainstay Callum McGregor from trying to take the positives from some negative results.
In an interview on the official Scotland national team’s YouTube channel, McGregor has disclosed that he hopes the recent draw with Hibs and defeat to Livingston spur the team on to get back to winning ways.
“In the main it’s been a good start, and obviously it’s important to try and look at the positives” McGregor began.
“You learn from the defeats”

“You learn from the defeats, that spurs you on to keep going on and doing well, we just need to take that and be positive” he concluded.
McGregor’s attitude will surely be shared by his team-mates and the management at Celtic Park. However, it is important that the Hoops learn from the mistakes which saw them drop points in their last two league games.
Manager won’t have a lot of time with international players

That will be down to Neil Lennon, and players though. Unfortunately, the Hoops boss won’t get a lot of time with his players who are on international duty before Celtic play Ross County. Still, Lennon will have enough time with his other squad players to get the message through.
As McGregor says, it has in the main been a good start to the season for the Hoops. However, now would be a good time to go on a long, unbeaten domestic run.
Should the Hoops win every domestic game between the Ross County match and the next international break, it will show that the side have more than learned from the recent setbacks.
