Celtic captain Callum McGregor has been speaking about what he does to try and make the club successful.
The Hoops skipper has already won 16 trophies as a first-team player, with two arriving as captain last season.
He now has his eyes on more this season, and spoke to the media at Hampden today about taking over from previous skipper Scott Brown and what he now brings to the table.

“I’ve been in football long enough to know that it’s a ruthless sport and people are just waiting for you to fail,” he said. (Official Celtic YouTube)
“You try and limit that as much as you possibly can.
“Of course I had to try and find my own way in the role. Following a very successful captain, you have to be successful.
“Not because of that because you’re now spearheading the club in a sense on the pitch.
“That’s something I carry with me every day. I try and push the standards in training and try to make sure the group is hungry for success.
“When it comes to the big moments, hopefully we can deliver more often than not.”
So, in his own words, McGregor tries to “push the standards” at the club.
Those comments sound very similar to what Scott Brown said about his former team-mate a matter of weeks ago.
Speaking to the BBC in late November, the Fleetwood Town boss said: “I was just glad that Celtic offered Cal the captaincy because he drives training.

“He drives standards about the place and he wants to be the best he possibly can be.
“We still speak now. I never give him advice on how to captain Celtic.”
McGregor has won so much already at Celtic but you genuinely believe him when he says that all he cares about is the next one on offer.
