Pictures of Celtic’s 2026-27 third kit have appeared on the internet.
The home and away kits have already surfaced, with Adidas honouring the 60th anniversary of the Lisbon Lions securing the club’s historic European crown.
Last summer, Celtic signed a huge ten-year extension with the German sportswear giants, who are set to provide the famous Hoops until at least 2035.
The home kit has now officially been released, but the unreleased third kit has now emerged.
What are we making of Celtic’s third kit for next season?

Via the ever-reliable FootyHeadlines, the third kit is available above.
It’s a very imperfect picture of the kit, showing only the shirt. It appears to feature a cream/gold pattern with a centrally placed Adidas badge.

There is irony in the marketing for the kit being centred around the club’s European heritage when the team hasn’t won a European knockout tie in 22 years.
Said irony is unlikely to be lost on much of the Parkhead support.
Of course, Celtic Fans’ ‘Not Another Penny Campaign’ has led many fans to boycott purchases of the club’s merchandise for as long as the status quo remains.
The Celtic Fans Collective has been an influential presence this season, and this is one of their top initiatives.
Regardless, no one wants the Hoops team walking out of the tunnel in daft-looking attire, as we have undoubtedly seen at points in the last decade.
their statement following the beginning of the Not Another Penny campaign, the Collective said: “For too long, the Celtic board has taken supporters for granted.
Martin O’Neill STAYS! Thoughts on the decision?
“They are responsible for repeated failures in Europe, an archaic transfer strategy, a collection of NEDs who have grossly out-stayed their welcome, inflated ticket prices and unfair distribution, a neglected stadium, a stale atmosphere, a non-existent fan engagement model, an underperforming academy, an underfunded Women’s team, and a pitch unfit for playing football the Celtic way.
“These are just some of the failures which expose an out-of-touch board and make a mockery of their claim to be ‘world class in everything we do.’
“Their contempt for supporters was laid bare in the recent insulting public statement of 6th September 2025, and confirmed again in last week’s well-documented meeting between the Club and the Collective.
“Our support for the team remains unequivocal. But our protest against the Celtic board and in particular Michael Nicholson, Chris McKay and Peter Lawwell continues – the “Not Another Penny” campaign is the next step in that effort.”
