Celtic Park looks set to be full for the first competitive home match of the season, after a recent club announcement. The official Celtic website announced that the Champions League clash against FK Sarajevo will be included for all season ticket holders.
That means that the match against the Bosnian champions on July 17th will be played in front of a pretty full Celtic Park.

The pre-season clash against French Cup winners Rennes a few days earlier is also free for season ticket holders.
Celtic Park is good safety net
Of course, this move is nothing new. Celtic have adopted the policy for season ticket holders over the past seven seasons. The club are seen to be giving something back to the fans after their renewed support, while the team also get to play in front of a near capacity crowd in their first home competitive match.

Neil Lennon’s men travel over to roasting Bosnia on 9th July for an 18:45 British time kick-off. It’s a tough test for the side in their Champions League opener but they’ll be hoping their warm training in Austria pays off.
If the worst case scenario happens and we fail to win in Sarajevo then we’ll still fancy out chances of doing the business eight days later. Especially at a full Celtic Park.
