Ange Postecoglou has praised the attitude of his Celtic side, and refused to lay into referees, after a dramatic win over Ross County.
The Bhoys, with total disregard for the resting heart rates of supporters, left it very, very late. A 97th minute Anthony Ralston winner did the damage, with Celtic playing with the same intent late on despite being a man down.
It could be a crucial moment in the league season.

In a post-match interview BBC Scotland [22.02], Ange Postecoglou was asked about a dramatic finale to the game, and the sending off of Carl Starfelt. He said:
“I didn’t think we were settling for anything. At the end, we were trying to win then game. It just shows the spirit of the lads [that] 10 men weren’t going to settle for one point.
“That’s what we’re about, they wanted to win that game and they did it.
“I think a few decisions went against us tonight, but like I said, I don’t want to complain about it. I just want to win games of football. That’s what I keeping telling the lads, we just do our thing, keep winning games of football, and don’t worry about all these other things that [could] potentially derail us.”
Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou refuses to be drawn into controversies after Bhoys secure memorable win
As explored earlier, this was an emotional one. And it’s the kind of result that proves why Ange Postecoglou wants to play the way he does. Despite Starfelt being sent off (in controversial circumstances), the patience, the tempo and the invention was still there.
Without it, Celtic might not have won tonight. And we’d all be feeling very different.

But given the emotion of the night, it’s surprising that Postecoglou didn’t feel like laying into the refs. It seems to be what everyone else is doing. Ignoring the noise around the league, though, might just be what Celtic need to make progress.
There would’ve been plenty of us with less reserve, to put it mildly.
