Celtic could end up with the possibility of a pre-Ibrox midweek clash next month if we draw with St. Johnstone on Sunday.
Neil Lennon takes his wounded side to Perth for the 3pm Scottish Cup kick-off, knowing that a win will take us back to Hampden.
We’ve not been taken to a replay in the competition for over four seasons but drawing on Sunday would end that run.

And we know when said replay would be played too, after the SFA disclosed details on Friday.
Being fresh for Ibrox could be a big boost
If we are held in Perth then the replay will take place at Celtic Park at Wednesday 11th Match at 7:45pm.
If, for whatever reason, Sunday’s game is postponed then the rearranged match will take place on the same Wednesday evening in Perth.
Yesterday, we told you about the potential league advantage that exiting the Europa League may have given us.
Prior to our Ibrox trip on March 15th, Rangers will host Bayer Leverkusen. We are currently scheduled to have that midweek off, in news that could give us a slight advantage ahead of the derby fixture.

But Sunday’s match being drawn, or worse postponed, would mean we would be forced to play in the midweek ahead of the Ibrox clash.
That is the scenario we must try to avoid when playing this Sunday.
