Manager Ange Postecoglou has named his Celtic team vs Rangers for today’s Scottish League Cup final at Hampden.
The full match squad is as follows:
Starting XI – Hart, Johnston, Carter-Vickers, Starfelt, Taylor, McGregor, Mooy, Hatate, Jota, Maeda, Kyogo.
Substitutes – Bain, Haksabanovic, Abada, Turnbull, Kobayashi, Oh, Iwata, O’Riley, Ralston.

Postecoglou has made two changes to the starting eleven that beat Aberdeen a week ago with Kyogo Furuhashi coming in for Hyeongyu Oh as expected and Aaron Mooy replacing Matt O’Riley.
It’s a very familiar line-up with the bulk of these players finding themselves in the team over the last couple of months.
Today’s is a huge match and it looks like the manager has gone with his most trusted group. Hopefully the Bhoys can get the job done on a huge occasion.

Instant verdict on Celtic team vs Rangers
The only real debate when it came to today’s line-up was who to go for in midfield alongside Callum McGregor and Reo Hatate. Some fans felt it was a day for Matt O’Riley while many were more than comfortable with Mooy.
Ultimately, Celtic wouldn’t be weakened regardless of who the manager went for and it’s a midfield that has been playing very confidently for months now.
Mooy has been in superb form and has the composure needed on the big stage, proving that for club and country in the past.
Elsewhere, it’s undoubtedly our strongest eleven right now and it’s time to show why this outfit are regardless as the best team in the country. Into them, Celtic!
