It’s a big weekend for Celtic fans. Not only is there the small matter of a Quadruple Treble on the line, there’s also a real opportunity to raise funds for a number of charities.

A Celtic State of Mind have put together a Go Fund Me for their Quadruple Treble charity weekend. Roch Talk, Food Fact Friends Foodbank, Children 1st and Help 4 The Homeless will all receive much-needed funds ahead of Christmas.

The fundraiser has now received a boost from Welsh footballing legend Mark Hughes.

A Celtic State of Mind will broadcasting live on Saturday and Sunday to raise funds for a number of charities. As The Grand Auld Podcast, we will be live from 6pm, as The Grand Auld Podcast, on their YouTube channel for an hour talking through Sunday’s match.

Other legends have given their backing

It’s not just the former Manchester United and Wales legend Mark Hughes who’s getting involved. Danny McGrain, John Hartson and Tom Boyd have all offered their support.

Absolute credit has to go to Paul John Dykes at A Celtic State of Mind for putting this together. We’re delighted to have been asked to join in.

£48,000 is the goal, and we hope you can make the fundraiser part of your Cup Final weekend. Once again, the donation link is here, and you can keep up with events through the ACSOM Twitter.
