There may be no fans in attendance at Celtic Park tomorrow. However, Neil Lennon’s men are under no illusions of the backing they will receive around the world.
As the players prepared for a derby like no other on Friday, they will have received a terrific, uplifting message.
At the club’s Lennoxtown training ground, supporters have put up a banner that both backs the players and tells them what we expect.
And, as Insta Celts showed on Twitter, it really is a spectacular sight.

A message that is loud and clear
The banner reads: “We’re out here for you, be in there for us.”
The motto has been constant throughout the week – and seems to strike a chord.
Is it a variation on a message the Green Brigade sent out in previous years – which demanded the players’ performances matched the vocal support of Parkhead’s finest.

Those same fans won’t be in place for tomorrow’s derby. But you hope today’s written words and heard loud and clear by the Celtic players.
Our appetite for victory hasn’t lessened due to the current situation. If anything, it is even greater.
If the club have any sense, they will have allowed a similar banner to be displayed inside the stadium tomorrow.
In other news, Andy Walker has tipped Patryk Klimala and Leigh Griffiths to start up-front for Celtic
