Celtic fans don’t seem too gutted by the prospect of Jack Hendry leaving this summer, going by social media.
The 24-year-old is likely to move to Hull City on loan, according to the Daily Mail. Tigers boss Grant McCann is said to fancy the Scottish international and will give him a greater chance of first-team football.

Hendry is well down the pecking order at Celtic, which says a lot considering the club lost both Filip Benkovic and Dedryck Boyata last season.
And while his potential move to the English Championship does look genuine, some Hoops fans are just surprised.
Sadly, Hendry’s time at the club has become a bit of a laughing stock. The defender has really struggled in his limited appearances for the club and was probably not helped by Brendan Rodgers.
His comedic reputation among the Celtic support was highlighted by the following sarcastic replies from fans.

Hopefully Hendry can forge a career away from Celtic
The defender’s move may just be a loan deal but his days at Celtic are surely over.
His reputation among the Hoops support has gone so low that it would be near impossible for him to retrieve it from here. The best thing he can do is move on to pastures new and try and get back to performing well.

He clearly has some sort of ability to be capped by Scotland but maybe he just needs to readjust his ambitions.
As 24 he still has the vast majority of his career ahead of him. Hopefully he can get things back on track.
