Celtic fans set for authentic EAFC 25 gaming experience amid new development

Celtic fans will be stuck into essential transfer window reading as the club aim to finalise some late arrivals before tomorrow’s cut-off point.

Admittedly, the final stages of market activity can be stressful and frustrating in equal measure, whether you are watching developments unfold or writing about them!

Nevertheless, this time of year can also be very enjoyable, but other developments involving the club take a backseat. Taking a small diversion from transfer talk, Celtic’s ratings for the new EAFC 25 title, which is set to be released in late September, were leaked earlier this week.

Adam Idah has gone up to 73 following his exploits last season. Meanwhile, Kasper Schmeichel comes in as the Bhoys’ highest-rated player at 80 overall.

Now, Celtic have released another detail ahead of the release that will provide a more authentic gaming experience than ever for supporters.

Celtic announce exciting new EAFC 25 detail

Unlike last year’s edition, Celtic have announced details of a new ‘Starheads’ feature introduced for all of the first-team squad in EAFC 25.

To simplify, the title includes face scans for every player, making their appearance more realistic than ever in cut scenes and while playing matches.

Callum McGregor, veteran goalkeeper Schmeichel, and Liam Scales can be seen in the small promotional video on Celtic’s official X account. Based on initial viewing, they haven’t made a bad effort!

The gaming world is becoming more realistic year on year as technology advances. Extending to Celtic, the Starheads will accompany Celtic Park in the latest issue, creating an ideal environment for some light escapism.

Hopefully, supporters will have plenty of new signings to try out across the vast number of game modes EAFC 25 has to offer, with the release pencilled in for September 27th.
