Celtic fans will continue to be housed in the same away section when they travel to Cluj in the Europa League later this year.
There was hope that the Romanians may allocate the travelling Celtic support a different section of Dr. Constantin Radulescu Stadium for their final Europa League clash in December. However, the news that it will be the same part of the ground from August’s meeting was confirmed by Celtic FC SLO John Paul Taylor on Monday morning.
It will be the same section 👎

Celtic will be well backed against Cluj, Rennes and Lazio
There were some slightly worrying tales of disrepair from some Hoops fans who travelled to the Champions League qualifier last month. Nothing has been substantiated but the very fact Taylor sent a thumbs down with his tweet suggests that he is aware of the concerns.
The fear is also that if there were some issues during a summer match, they could be amplified for a match in the winter months.
Celtic are set to take a pretty good support to Romania regardless of the situation. Neil Lennon’s men will be well backed for all three away Group E ties. Around 1,200 supporters will follow the team officially in Rennes, with far more expected to be in the home section.
A similar number should be over in Romania on matchday six while the visit to Lazio should generate the biggest away support. Celtic should have free reign in the Stadio Olimpico with the Italians usually only filling around a fifth of the 70,000 arena on Europa League matchdays.
